I advise you to not read this post until you have watched the movie, unless you enjoy spoilers. :)
I watched the Catching Fire movie on the day it premiered in Canada (sorry for not blogging this earlier).
I reserved seats two days before the movie came out. Most of the good seats were taken, but not the best. Top row, smack in the middle.
It was supposed to be completely packed but when we got there, so many seats were empty. How could you use forty bucks and just not go? And especially for the most waited movie of the year? Crazy people.
I am a huge fan of the first two books. I found Mockingjay a bit irrelevant and boring. That's just my opinion, though!
Wow, the movie was amazing! It was very intense. I think this movie was smoother, and a lot more like the book. It was very accurate, but with a few changes here and there.
I don't know about you, but I thought whoever directed this one was way better. Just the style in general was ten times better than the first movie. I was very impressed. The graphics were so good; it seemed so real! It was so long too, like two and a half hours! I was so happy when I saw that. :)
